Really good filament.
I get great model out of this. The surface finish, especially at .12 or smaller is nice; smoother than "matte" but not shiny like some. I've not had issues with needing to overly dry the filament either. I do keep it dry, but I do not leave it in a dryer for something like 12 hours before any print. BBLSupport for PLA/PETG seems to work very well and separates cleanly.

I use AF Classic lithophane white for all my lithophanes. I like the color. Other makes have bluish tint or yellow tint.

Program is easy to use, only thing i would like is a way to center it back when you create a big one !

The software is very easy to use and worth the purchase. If you need help, there are a lot of tutorials on YouTube for this. Be prepared with a pen and paper so you can write down the settings people use.
