In June of 2024 we switched to using Dry & Dry rechargeable desiccant packets with our filament spools. This means when you receive a spool of AF filament, you can re-dry the desiccant packet to use it in a filament dry box or an AMS unit!
Recharging these desiccant packets is super easy! Per the manufacturer: You can use either a microwave or an oven.
For an oven: bake packet(s) for 0.5-2 hours at 200-250°F. For a microwave: Defrost packet(s) for 7-12 minutes.
