Army Green AF 1.75mm Tough Pro PLA+ Filament Made in the USA!
Introducing Army Green TOUGH Pro PLA+, the ultimate filament for demanding 3D printing projects. Engineered with NatureWorks Ingeo 3D870 resin, this eco-friendly, bio-based PLA was developed to offer a sustainable alternative to ABS/ASA, making it ideal for functional parts and prototypes.
Offering enhanced durability right off the print bed, TOUGH Pro PLA+ can be annealed for even greater strength and heat resistance. Made in the USA, it delivers ABS-like toughness, PETG-like temperature resistance, and PLA-like smooth printing for consistent, high-performance results. Check out our annealing guide in the resources section below to unlock its full potential!
Key Features:
- Unmatched Durability: 8.8x stronger than standard PLA, reaching 12.2x after annealing!
- Built to Withstand Heat: Withstands higher temperatures than standard PLA after being annealed
- Engineered for Performance: Crafted with Ingeo 3D870 resin for superior strength and longevity
- Eco-Friendly Choice: Bio-based material for sustainable printing practices

Color:
Excellent, exactly what I was looking for.
Function:
Tough! Used it (after sintering) as a bushing for a grinding wheel and printed multiple to make sure that I got the right fit so I was able to smash the others to determine how tough they were. Qualitatively, very durable and held up to a few blows on an anvil with an expected amount of deformation without shattering in a brittle manner.
Printability:
Not horrible but it immediately clogged my nozzle twice. After doing a cold pull on the second clog did not get any more clogs (so far).
Overall pretty good!
