I was looking for something to print the "lewis" chess set, was very happy to find ivory and figured matte black for work well for the black pieces, unfortunately, the product looks matte on the spool, but once you run it through the printer, it shines like my grandfather's head.
Absolutely great, haven't had any trouble printing with any of AF Filaments.
(2nd review of this filament) Scuffing up my build plate and coating it with bedweld is the only way to get it to stick. Textured PEI doesn't like the amount of matte stuff in this filament. It has a nice finish when you get it printing per recommended settings and speeds. I use a steel nozzle, I get a funny feeling it might be a bit abrasive... a few other american MFG do printer plastic cheaper, but none of them have matte black.
Service was great! Filament was just what I needed!
Absolutely loving it. Easy to print with and gives excellent surface finish.
