After trying another PCTG brand and being moderately impatient with the results, I purchased a roll each of Army Green, Translucent Blue and Genmetal Grey for a project I needed to complete. This has not disappointed! Created a profile in Bambu studio, threw it in the P1s and BAM! beautiful results. If possible, I'll update this review with long term material review as these are functional parts for automotive and will experience significant extremes in environment, impact and chemical.

The H2D is noticeably more finicky but that seems to be the norm for that printer.
Important note, this is not a fast printing filament. Slightly better speed for quality than any PETG I've used but don't expect ABS speeds.

I'm looking forward to see what other colors they come up with.

The hardest thing about using Lithophane Maker Desktop is finding great pictures to print. I'm just learning what settings to use but most default settings create great projects. One key thing I found lithophane filament is the key to great lithophanes.

I love it so much. It makes the job so much easier. I might get the sales license one day. Right now making gifts for my family with it!!!!

Lithophanes are an exciting thing and it's great being able to create personal ones simply by using the Lithophane Maker. I have noticed that entering the same dimensions, spheres are smaller when created with the desktop version compared to the online tool. But it's much more convenient to use the offline tool.

Great filament certainly buy agian

Grate software. Need some work on the general visual, interface and performance but I understand that is an investment. Hope it gets better. Thank you.

Makes lithophane images pop! This filament creates better contrast than other white filament I’ve used to make lithophane. Highly recommended.

Prints great, and looks as good as it prints.This is my first time printing with PCTG.

It has a great look and feel for toys.

Good impact resistance, though if force is maintained beyond a certain range, it will snap. The range of flexibility is a lot wider than PLA or regular PETG, though.

For the most part the software does exactly what it should. However The help section could use some help. I still don't understand how to use the silhouette feature but I cant find anything on how to use it.

Suggestions for future editions :
1)let us create our own shapes to print on.
2)freeform placement of pictures including angle, size, shape, ie... like mosaic or cartoon bubble, etc...

I love this desktop version and use it all the time. As far as what can be added, nothing, is perfect as is.

The PCTG has printed great on my Bambu P1S with the profile from AF. Prints look great and seem stronger than PETG and the melting temperature is much better. I just wish there were more colors available. I need the higher melting temperature and like ABS for that but don’t want to print ABS because it causes cancer. It is slower to print than PLA but not by much and to get the higher temperature resistance it is great.
